V.Kratsas at the 5th Annual HARIMA Conference

Mr. Vassilis Kratsas, Co-Founder, Senior Claim Consultant of FAIR Consulting, during the HARIMA conference "In a world of Risk, Join the Risk Management Revolution" of the 5th ANNUAL CONFERENCE", participated as a speaker in the panel on "Storm Daniel flood impact in State & Business – Lessons learned & Going forward strategies". There he briefly presented the damages managed by their company from the storms "Daniel" and "Elias". It was, as he informed us, the two extreme weather phenomena that caused extensive disasters, with more than 6,000 insurance losses to property and multiple uninsured business losses. He then listed the advice he gave to their clients on the ideal ways to recover their damages. Focus on the balance between speed and how repairs are made. In addition, he referred to the preventive solutions proposed to customers for future protection, underlining the need to strengthen insurance awareness against increasingly frequent extreme weather events.

One of the most important personalities of the insurance market in the Southeast Asia and Oceania spoke at the event and explained the challenges of new technologies in the insurance industry.

Celebration for the FAIR Consulting New Year’s cake cutting for 2026

Shortly after the completion of another creative year, Apostolos Voulougkas and Vasilis Kratsas welcomed partners and friends to their company’s annual New Year’s cake-cutting event.

The evening provided an opportunity for a brief review, confirming a course built on consistency and expertise. Through years of systematic work, they have made a substantial contribution to opening up the claims management market, promoting a modern approach for businesses, insurance brokers, and insurance companies, always within the framework of mutually beneficial settlements. At the same time, growth and expansion into related activities remain a steady objective for the future.

This year, the lucky coin in the cake went to a friend and associate of the company, with the prize being a dinner at a fine restaurant— a special offering that added yet another reason for smiles and wishes for a creative year ahead.

The atmosphere was relaxed, with cocktails, music, and engaging conversations. Once again, the event was not merely a formal gathering, but a meaningful meeting of people who share common values, goals, and a vision for the future.
